The hotel breakfast menu could use a few more options.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. Relatively quiet and easy location for visiting Cromwell, it's just off an industrial area, the Lake and the town centre.

The place was too hot for comfort, and while there was an AC unit, it was noisy at night. It made it tough to get a good night's sleep, which really took away from the stay.

I had a great time staying here over Christmas! The location was super convenient, set in a quiet industrial area but still close to everything I needed. The communal kitchen was a treat - it had plenty of space and all the cooking gadgets to whip up holiday meals. Plus, the staff were really cute, which made my stay even more enjoyable!
I could’ve used a little more sunlight since my room was on the south side and felt a bit chilly at times. But overall, it was a pleasant stay!

I had a great stay! The place is super clean and modern, with comfy beds and excellent kitchen facilities. It's located in a quiet industrial area, which didn't bother me. Just be aware of possible noise from a nearby motorsport park if you're on the south side. A solid choice!

I recently stayed for a weekend getaway with my daughter, and our experience was wonderful. The studio was perfect, featuring a spacious bathroom with heated floors and a powerful shower. The comfortable beds came with electric blankets, and the kitchenette was well-stocked. We also enjoyed the communal kitchen, which was equipped with everything we needed. The warm, welcoming staff made us feel right at home, and the cleanliness was excellent.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Everything felt brand new and well taken care of, which really stood out. the staff were incredibly welcoming - Tiffany at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even turning on the lights and heating before we arrived. the location is nice and quiet yet only a short drive from the town center and some stunning spots by the lake. Plus, they offer handy services like grocery shopping, laundry facilities, and even tour assistance. the kitchenette in the room had everything we needed, and enjoying an outdoor picnic in their garden area was a real treat!
If I had to nitpick, I'd say the beds are on the firmer side, so it might not suit everyone’s taste. while it’s easy to find your way around, a sign pointing to the hotel entrance could be helpful for first-time visitors.
